Success Story: Razia Rabani

Razia’s mother, Roshan Khala, would regularly visit the Behbud Vocational Center and was well known in the production department for her work and loyalty to the institute. Because of this, Razia was immediately welcomed at the Mehmoodabad Vocational Center, from where she holds many fond memories. One of these is Qaiseri Baji saying, “Kaam dil laga kar karo” (do your work with dedication) and like that, you will succeed. She also encouraged Razia in her studies and even covered her fees.

Later on, Razia began sewing casual Ghararas regularly, doing separate Tarqishi work, and taking Remshi work on order. Through this, she was able to support her six children in their education, ensuring they are all in stable working positions. One of her sons is working as a Geologist, another has gone to Malaysia, and the youngest is studying for his Diploma in Auto Engineering. Behbud aided in this by covering her son’s BDS tuition fees and also treated her husband’s eczema, demonstrating Behbud’s mission to provide for the family as a whole, rather than just individuals.

Razia’s life has been profoundly affected by Behbud, and she continues to pray for the well-being of all the amazing women working at Behbud today.
