Widowed with four young children, Aqleema struggled to maintain financial stability after her husband’s passing. Her only skills at the time were amateur levels of both Knitting and Sewing. With the help of Behbud, Aqleema was trained in Block Printing and became a Behbud employee. She was also able to educate all four of her children in Behbud schools, and they are all employed today. Aqleema shares that her work hours are not too long, so she’s able to maintain a balance between her work, home, and children. Behbud provided Aqleema with not only gainful employment but also long-term benefits for her family. She puts it best, saying, “One would reap only good things with one’s own hard work.”
